It takes the task of supervision in import of used plastics processing machines and hazards opinions to Undersecreteriat of Foreign Trade in import permits. It coordinates sector for import supervision applications in import of plastics processing machines on behalf of the sector for the purpose of protecting domestic producer and it leads the sector. It helps Ministry of Environment and Forestry for establishing recycling awareness by engaging in training and awareness-rising against publications and activities that harm the public opinion of plastics. It contributes to its members for supplying their goods and services with lower costs by joining to Collective Purchasing Project that is carried out by means of Central Anatolian Exporters' Association (OAİB) and for increasing of productivity. It tries to grow competitive production opportunities of companies in global markets by attending TURQUM Quality Certificate studies which are carried out with the cooperation of OAİB, by translating technical standards of EUROMAP (EU Plastics and Rubber Processing Machinery Association) of which it is the member, by preparing guidelines for producers of plastics processing machinery and giving seminars on that issue. It takes Turkish Plastic Sector to fairs which are organized in countries which are potential markets for out sector and out of leading countries in plastics and plastics processing machines sectors and undertakes sectoral business trips to those new markets. PAGDER, attends international fairs relating to plastics and plastics processing machines in countries which have the characteristics of potential markets in terms of our sector, organizes sectoral business trips for those fairs and promotes high-tech producing capabilities of our plastic sector and its members by getting in touch with sectoral associations in those countries in technical, commercial and educational issues. PAGDER develops solution offers for general problems of plastic sector by working through for solution of problems arising from economical conjuncture and political authorities and carries those solution offers onto related platforms. PAGDER engages and allies with all non-governmental organizations about our sector for the purpose of solving problems of the plastic sector and collaborates with organizations such as Plastic Sector Platform or Machinery Sector Platform which it established with non-governmental organizations and institutions that are engaged in plastic sector. PAGDER contributes and gives support to the sector with Project basis supports that are aimed to "Promoting Improving International Competitiveness" and carried out by Ministry of Economy for providing companies in plastic sector to benefit from government supports and promotions. PAGDER organizes contact meetings for companies which it represents in plastic sector in such issues that state promotions or responsibilities and liabilities of companies in law and regulations. Our company manufatures plastic recycling machines which turn waste plastics into reusable raw material. PE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS, PET, PC plastics are sorted according to types and then they are fed into Plastic Granulator for size reduction. After size reduction plastic flakes are washed intensely by Sink Float Tanks and Horizontal Centrifuges. Plastic flakes are dewatered with Film Dewatering Machine or Dynamic Centrifuge after washing. Dewatered plastics are transferred pneumatically to Agglomeration Machine and drying step is completed in Agglomeration Machine. After Agglomerator plastics are ready for extrusion, the final step of recycling. Plastic flakes are melt under pressure in Extruder, hasardous gases are vacuumed and melt is filtrated. Melt is pumped to Pelletizer and cut into granular form.
